Our Early Intervention program is designed to proactively and promptly address injuries after they occur, and identify the factors likely to impact the recovery journey. Explore how our individualised care can prevent complications, speed up recovery, and enable clients to return to work and life as quickly and safely as possible.

Early Intervention is a proactive program designed to address injuries swiftly and effectively, ensuring bestpractice support from the moment they occur. By providing immediate, personalised care, it aims to prevent barriers, promote a prompt recovery, and support individuals in safely returning to work and daily life.
The program identifies those most at risk, addressing psychosocial barriers such as fear of pain or reinjury, withdrawal from activity, and low self-efficacy. Through structured early-stage education and a focus on building confidence, it supports individuals to maintain routine and healthy habits which impact the recovery journey.
With an emphasis on mitigating risks associated with prolonged inactivity or poor psychosocial adjustments—such as anxiety, depression, or social isolation—the program also works to minimise the broader impact of workers’ compensation claims. This tailored approach creates a foundation for recovery that’s both holistic and sustainable.
