Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation
early intervention EarlyConnect program

Why refer to exercise early?

The evidence is clear: early referral to exercise intervention significantly improves outcomes for people living with cancer.

Current best-practice clinical guidelines recommend that exercise be prescribed as standard care, as early as possible after diagnosis. Yet, fewer than 15% of cancer patients are referred to supervised exercise programs during treatment.

Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation bridges this gap, providing specialist exercise physiology programs designed to support clients through treatment and recovery.
