We are delighted to announce that after nearly five years leading Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation as General Manager, Tom Patterson is moving into a brand-new role as Head of Strategic Partnerships.
During this time, Tom has played a pivotal role in Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation’s growth – helping the company to scale nationally, while ensuring we never wavered in our purpose of ‘Connecting people to a healthier life’. Under Tom’s stewardship, we’ve continued to deliver excellent quality services and the very strongest outcomes to the people we support. Tom’s new role will continue to build on this foundation, with a particular focus on strengthening how we work with our customers and partners.
As Head of Strategic Partnerships, Tom will spend more time listening to the challenges our customers are facing, exploring where we can work better together, and – perhaps most importantly – collaborating on servicing and creating tangible value for everyone involved.
Of this exciting opportunity, Tom says “Looking back over almost five years leading Guardian, I’m really proud of what our team has achieved, particularly how we’ve scaled while keeping the quality of what we do at the centre. I’m excited as I look forward to bringing our service expertise and customer insights together to create practical solutions that create genuine value.”
Complementing this change of structure, Tim Lee will continue as Regional Manager East, joining Riley Bartholomew in his new role as Regional Manager South & Central. Both Tim and Riley have closely supported Tom in recent years, and we look forward to their span of influence extending across the business. Congratulations, Riley (and keep up the great work, Tim).
