Learning new skills and learning the "why" behind the tasks I undertake. I believe we never stop learning no matter what job we do, or for how long we do it and it's important to know the "why" to understand the big picture.

My biggest career highlight...

There have been many after working for years in the fitness industry as a PT, having a real and positive impact on clients' lives with both their physical and mental health. It's a different role I am in now at Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, but the company has a real and positive impact on people's lives after injury, whether physically or psychologically. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the Guardian team.
