Musculoskeletal injuries

According to the latest research and evidence the vast majority of acute, sub-acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries alike should be rehabilitated with a consistently clear core focus of structured, graded exercise, coupled with education and guidance. Targeted exercise aims to improve movement tolerance, range, endurance, strength, and ultimately restore functionality and improve symptoms.

At Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, we offer both physiotherapy services* and exercise physiology services for acute injuries through to late-stage strengthening and functional conditioning programs. Our programs embrace the transition from patho-anatomical injury management, with a true application of the biopsychosocial approach and a rehabilitation plan built around uncomplicated physical activity.
