Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation is excited to launch our brand-new Health Information Library, which consists of a series of brief information sheets around various health topics. These resources have been written in a simple and easy-to-understand manner for the client, outlining the benefits of exercise by referencing a wide array of contemporary scientific research.

  • Practical tips to improve sleep and nutrition

This library of health information will endeavour to assist recovery journeys by empowering individuals with improved knowledge of specific conditions and topics, underpinned by the latest research and scientific evidence-base. At Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation, we passionately believe in a gradual and supported transition towards self-management of an exercise programme and providing these resources and improving the client’s knowledge base will serve as a healthy addition to their self-management toolkit. 

Further to accessing our Health Information Sheets via My Health Portal on our website, when clients meet with a Guardian Exercise Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist, they will be able to collaboratively discuss the health information that relates to their individual condition(s) and further context and education will be provided in order to enhance the clients confidence to self-manage their health and recovery process.
